The Inclusive Company is a 2-day intensive workshop (9.30 am to 4 pm both days) to help SMEs in recruiting and hiring migrant talents. It bridges the gap between the companies and the internationals. At the same time, it gives international talents good exposure to the job market and business community. We do this by, among other things, co-creating a recruitment strategy in dialogue with international talents.

The goal of The Inclusive Company is to :

  • Increase the chance that international applicants apply because the job advert speaks to them.
  • Increase the chance of them signing on after the interview process
  • Increase the chance of them staying with the company
  • Increase the chance of them recruiting their friends.
